Shipping Domestic

domestic shipping is $5 your item will be shipped within 4-6 weeks upon receipt of payment. your item will be sent as economy mail.

Shipping International

international shipping costs $25 standard delivery, or dhl. your item will be shipped within 4-6 weeks upon receipt of payment.

international orders are all sent tracked and signed.

any taxes and/or customs fees applicable to purchased items in the recipient’s country will be the responsibility of the customer. i do not include these costs in my prices.

in the rare event an item arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all please email me cierralouisestudios@gmail.com

please do make sure your shipping details are correct as i cannot accept liability for loss of a shipment because of an incorrect shipping address.

REturn policy & custom order disclaimer

if you are not entirely happy with pre order or ready to ship pieces, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to arrange a refund.  we will email you the postal address to return your item to. we do recommend you use recorded/tracked delivery as we will not be held responsible for any missing postal items. you will have 7 days to return your item once making your refund claim in order for it to be refunded. 

• all items must be returned unused, unworn and in its original undamaged packaging.

• any items received back in an unsaleable condition will be returned back to you minus the refund.

• refunds are processed the same day a refund is agreed and will take 5-7 working days.

• please note that we can only refund back to the original payment method. 

All custom order sales are final, and returns are not accepted. However, in rare cases where a piece has a design flaw rendering it unwearable or arrives broken, we may consider alternatives. Unfortunately, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted due to incorrect sizing or minor imperfections, which are inherent to handmade, custom pieces. Each item is carefully crafted to order, and minor variations may occur.
